No comments except that the Jacuzzi was out of order. Hotel is definitely NOT recommended for people with mobility problems. Many stairs, slopes,... The hotel does its best with shuttles but it is still hard to get somewhere on foot.

Unique room and new-fashioned, exceptionally comfortable bed. Scenic views on Patong beach and great facilities. Kindness from the whole staff.

We chose this hotel because it is a bit away from the famous Bangla Road and the centre (about 1,5 km), but it is very well located - you can walk along the beach (about 15-20 min) to the centre, it is a very nice hotel. Delicious breakfast. Evening buffet is very varied. Every night there's something different. We enjoyed the "Seafood Evening", the "Thai Evening", the "Italian Evening" and the "International Buffet". Everything's very tasty!

Beautiful location of the restaurant overlooking Phuket. Friendly reception.

The price-quality ratio, not only hotel but also the food. Example evening buffet 1800 bat for 2 adults and a child. The taxi was also expensive, so it is likely that Phuket has overshot in prices compared to the rest of Thailand.

Good breakfast. Beautiful room with pool access also had a free upgrade.

Price was quite high.only the bed was too hard. Apparently you could ask for a topper only we did not do that because we only stayed 3 nights.

Staff were friendly in all areas. Pool water had an unpleasant smell. Rooms clean. Hard to walk to the room and down to the beach particularly during such hot weather.

The arranged limo was not at the airport when we arrived and we had to find alocal cab.

I stayed with my spouse and 2 older children. The staff at reception was exceptionally cordial and very welcoming. I had booked 2 double rooms but was upgraded to suite on complimentary basis. Rooms are quite large and very well furnished. Excellent views of the sea. Excellent breakfast arrangement except that distinction of Halal food was not done. All the staff I encountered were always smiling and very helpful.Complimentary shuttles to shopping mall are very helpful

Hotel is at some distance from the sea as well as from the shopping area of main Patong Beach. So had to take a tuk tuk everytime to go or return unless you book the complimentary shuttle well in advance and stick to time, which is often difficult on return. Rooms are uphill and require quite a climb which is tiring at end of day.

everything was okay, the staff were amazing, their internal activities are very good, their restaurants are very good

the internet was not working properly.. may be the wireless machine is not near to the rooms.. we were going to the lobby to use the internet

This hotel has a very nice location near the beach and shopping places. Lots of green and nature throughout the resort. The staff were very friendly. There was security personnel in many placed which makes you feel safe.

The prices for some tours are more expensive if you book throughout the hotel thank if you book from outside. The same applies for transportation.

Our time at the resort was a pleasant escape. The kids loved the activities at the kids club. The pools were immaculate and a real highlight, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Dining options were diverse and quite satisfactory, adding value to our stay.

everything was superb, well-trained staff, luxurious views of patong beach. our rooms were tastefully decorated and themed. the breakfast was large, the check in was early. in addition, the free parking was onsite.
